Delicious breakfast and dinner with lots of variety.
The noise level was unbearable, with groups of guests being rowdy late into the night. I found the air conditioning ineffective. The room showed signs of wear and lacked basic cleanliness, quite disappointing for a location marketed for a relaxing holiday.

Really enjoyed rich and exceptionally good breakfasts!!
I have had a fabulous experience, this well priced, fairly clean hotel deserves more than 3 stars. The staff I encountered were superfriendly. The room met expectations, it was nicely furnished with own full size bath, 2 single beds, as for instance.

Lovely stay in El Arenal 🌊
Brekkie was on point-so much variety! The room was lekker big and always clean, with enough space to chill, and the staff were proper friendly. Plus, it's just a hop to the beach, a huge bonus!
Only downside, not enough plugs in the room for charging devices, a bit of a hassle.

The room siye was wonderful, lots of space and clean. Staff were super nice and helpful. Breakfast and dinner had an amazin variety, loved every meal. Pool area was chill and well maintained. The terrace was great for enjoyin the evenings with some drinks.
The only downside was the noise, sometimes other guests were a bit loud at night. The gym was kinda disappointing, not well maintained and didn't have AC.
